Laurie's Café

Sandwiches and blackboard fresh-made specials including quiches, casseroles, salads and congeals. Just off the Square.

Lone Star Kolaches

Off Williams Dr., this Georgetown location of the Austin chain offers fresh-baked sweet and savory kolaches and other delicious breads. Get there early for best selections!

Sweet Lemon Kitchen

Café in a cottage with healthy, local and organic pastries, breakfasts, sandwiches and salads, and fresh lemonade. A block from the Square on Church St. Now offering dinner with live music on Friday & Saturday!

One block north of 600 Degrees Pizzeria and Drafthouse, the Market Place offers pizzas, calzones, pastas and more to enjoy on the patio, or just take home.

Modern specialty gourmet pizzas and microbrews just off the Square. Their glutern-free pizza crust is fabulous!

BBQ - Hello, Sweetie BBQ & More

South of State Hwy 29 (University Blvd) on Austin Ave, but oh, so good! A genuine hole-in-the-wall delicious barbecue spot with soul-food sides. 

BBQ - Jimmy Vega's Smokehouse

North of the Town Square, off Inner Loop / Lakeway Dr., Jimmy Vega's has a well-deserved reputation for barbecue. Live music and a beer garden. 

BBQ - PoK-e-Jo's BBQ

Georgetown branch of this Austin area BBQ, also offers sandwiches, tacos, and a full bar. North on Austin Ave at Williams Dr.

North and west, on William's Dr., The Pit smokes up all your favorite meats, dishes up your favorite sides, and then there's the banana pudding and cobbler...

Dos Salsas

Local Tex-Mex family-operated spot with dependably tasty enchiladas, pechugas, fajitas, and margaritas.

Jaiwai Thai Kitchen

When you need a curry fix or have a hankering for Pad Thai, this is the spot. Just off the Square.

Nancy's Sky Garden

Now back in Georgetown, where they started, this unique Asian Fusion restaurant offers gluten-free, dairy-free, low carb and vegan options that just happen to be incredibly delicious!

Sanctuary Holistic Kitchen

Grab & Go healthy foods, fermented beverages, soups & salads, and sweet options. Also offers classes and workshops and a store filled with natural and locally sourced selections.

Scoops Old-Fashioned Ice Cream

Located in the back of All Things Kids (a toy store with creative and fun toys and books, no-batteries-required), Scoops offers old-time candy, fresh-baked waffle cones, and 42 unique flavors of delicious ice creams, sorbets, shakes and sundaes. 

South Fork Fun, Food & Brew

West on State Hwy 29 (University Blvd), this food truck park is pet and kid friendly. Live music, various really unique food trucks, onsite bar, shaded outdoor and indoor areas.

Tejas Meat Supply

A full-service butcher shop and restaurant featuring fresh Texas meats. For fresh, meaty sandwiches along with beer and wine, this is the place. 

The Baked Bear

Georgetown location of this custom ice-cream sandwich chain, where you choose your cookies, you chose your ice cream, and they hand you a humungous and delicious concoction.

2020 Market - Scratch Kitchen & Bar

Over by the Sheraton Hotel, west of I-35, 2020 opened in 2020 and immediately became a local favorite. They offer locally sourced, farm-to-table delicious Texas dining. 

Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill

Authentic Southwestern Cuisine just off the square, unique and very popular!

El Monumento

Made-from-scratch Mexican fare in modern digs overlooking the San Gabriel River. Recommended for Happy Hour.

Fuego Latino Gastropub

Family-owned restaurant and bar on the Square, with original Latin dishes from Chef Mario Alcocer. If you like spicy Latin-American cuisine, this is your spot.

Gumbo's North

Seafood, steaks, and Cajun specialties in an historic building under the onion dome; dining inside and outside on two floors with a bar and live music on the second floor. On the Square.

Ichiro Asian Bistro & Wine Bar

By the Sheraton Hotel, on the west side of I-35, Ichiro features gourmet Asian cuisine, sushi, and live Jazz on Wednesday & Saturday.

The Golden Rule
