• Check-in times are 3-6 pm (early or late check-in is available with advance notice only)
• Check out by noon.
• Free parking & free Wi-Fi included.
• Additional nights may be available before Friday and after Monday at regular rates.
• San Gabriel House Bed & Breakfast is a no-smoking, no pets facility.
• Children under 12 are only allowed in the Carriage House Loft.
• Full payment is due at time of reservation. 
• If cancelled before March 5, 2024, payment will be refunded less $100 Event Cancellation Fee.
• No refunds for early check-out or weather.
